Sarah Green—Youth worker
‘I’m Sarah and I’ve recently taken up the post of Youth Worker here in Deddington. I’m delighted to be here and hope to get to know you all better over the next few weeks and months.
Just so you all know a little bit more about me, here are some interesting facts;
I got married at the end of September and am still getting used to having a different name and living further west than I ever have done before!
I spent the last two years living and working in Cambridgeshire for a church in a village there and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Before this I spent three years at Canterbury Christ Church University reading English and Theology.
Before university I grew up in Essex where my family still live.
I love reading and will read pretty much anything and everything. I also love to shop and unfortunately have far too many clothes to fit into my new wardrobe!
I’ve already been made to feel so welcome here and am very excited to be working and worshipping with you in the Benefice.
