The Deddington News, the parish's community newsletter, was founded in 1976 by Gerard Sullivan, with Mary Robinson as the first editor. The newsletter is still going strong, with the addition of its complementary website, including recent issues. It is published monthly, except in January and August, funded by advertisements, produced by volunteers and distributed free of charge to every household in ther parish.
Deddington News Letters page occasionally invites the community to express its view on topical local issues through straw polls.
