 Registered Charity Number 237601 An ancient charity run by trustees who, in the 17th century, were called Feoffees, meaning persons invested with a freehold estate in land for charitable purposes. Its objective is to provide housing accommodation for beneficiaries and to provide educational benefits not normally provided by the local education authority. From 2015 income from letting the upper room of the Town Hall helps pay for upkeep of the almshouses.

 The Market Place, Deddington. Time: 9.00am-12.30pm on the fourth Saturday of each month. Deddington's award-winning market was a regional winner in Country Life' s "Britain's Favourite Farmers' Market 2006" competition and joint runner up in the 2005 and 2006 "National Farmers' Market of the Year" competition. In Dec 2017 National Geographic voted it the third best farmers' market in the country. You can buy a wide variety of local produce, plants and crafts to musical accompaniment in a convivial atmosphere. Coffee/tea/breakfast/lunch are available in nearby pubs and cafes. Those venturing into the church will find coffee/tea and additional stalls hosted by the church on market days. Deddington is a certified market of the national Farmers' Retail and Markets Association (FARMA).

 Charity No.244503. It has a constitution and rules and is run by a committee. The Club is run by and for villagers over 60 and the disabled. The club holds a meeting on the first Monday of each month from 10 am to noon at the Holly Tree in Horsefair; any parishioner aged 60 or over is welcome. Its recreational activities, including outings to the theatre and other venues for club members, are self-funded. The Holly Tree building or garden may be hired by clubs and individuals for events. All income realised in this way is used for routine maintenance and improvement of the building and garden; this is the responsibility of the club committee. Recent improvements include a new pedestrian gate on Horsefair and repair to the main gates, the refurbishment of the toilet facilities and carpeting of the club room.

 The multi-purpose Windmill Centre provides sports and recreational facilities. Outside facilities include: a six-acre playing field; a recently refurbished all-purpose floodlit all-weather court; three all-weather tennis courts; Under-6 play areas (new 6-12 yrs play area planned for 2019); new free access MUGA. Floodlit car park, and a ramp to allow disabled access to the ground floor. Inside areas comprise: on the ground floor, hall marked out for badminton; stage; social and viewing area; committee room; kitchen; changing rooms, showers and toilets (including a disability toilet).
