| | Daeda's Wood was planted in 1996 and is owned and managed by the Woodland Trust. The Friends of Daeda's Wood was formed to promote the use of the Wood, to monitor its progress, flora and fauna, and generally help the Trust with maintenance. £5 annual membership fee. AGM held in January.
