Many thanks to all of you who sent cards of commiseration with hopes of a speedy recovery to me, following my unfortunate accident which resulted in a badly broken ankle. I have been immensely touched by your kind thoughts and offers of help. The messages have helped to keep me cheerful through a most painful and frustrating time. How lucky I am to have such wonderful friends. I hope to be back on both feet by the middle of September – cant wait.
