A street map of Deddington
This street map is based on the same cartography as used by Peter Terry for the Millennium Maps. It contains just the names of the streets and by-ways in the village. It is not directly printable and no paper version is currently available for sale. Clifton and Hempton have not yet been published.
Google Maps street view
To view Deddington from street level follow these instructions
- Go to Google Maps at maps.google.co.uk
- Zoom in on a major city or enter a post code or address.
- Drag the yellow man icon from the left hand side onto the map. (Highlighted in Red above).
- Any street highlighted blue has an available street level view.
- You will see a small preview of the view in a speech bubble on the map.
- Drop the icon at the point you want to view from and you will switch to the 3D image.
- Use the map in the lower left corner to navigate, and use the mouse to pan the main image around. The arrow icons let you move around at street level.
- The tools on the left hand side allow you to zoom in on the image as well as control the exact angle and direction you wish to view.
