DESCRIPTION:Join us at Deddington Church on the 14th of December for a night of festive live music! \nMUSIC\, MERRIMENT MULLED WINE & THE VERY BEST MINCE PIES! \n  \nDolly Mavies brings Dolly & the Ivys back to Deddington Church for its seventh year! Joined by her outstanding band: Adderbury brothers Adrian and Chris\, Bodicote’s very own Belinda and Banbury’s finest\, Ruth! As is Christmas tradition\, Dolly will be joined by musical friends\, bringing incredible new music right to your doorstep! \n  \nWith performances from the amazing Rosie Miles\, Eddie Smith and the 507\, and Isaac Stuart!! Plus your festive favourites\, Dolly & The Ivys! \n  \nWe will take a break to enjoy the tractor run\, so don’t worry you won’t miss out\, ’tis the season to cram it all in!!! \n  \nDoors are at 7pm and music will start shortly after. With the tractor run in mind\, please leave extra time to get to the church as the tractors parade through other villages too. \n  \nPlease note there are no physical tickets\, you will need your email confirmation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReturn Policy\n\nUnfortunately due to the nature of the event we cannot offer refunds for tickets.

SUMMARY:Tractor Run
DESCRIPTION:Since our very first Christmas Tractor Run in December 2016\, we\, along with friends\, family and customers from our local farming community\, have continued to light up the streets each year with our festive fleet raising over £145\,000 so far for Katharine House Hospice. \n\nThe festive convoy will depart from Spring Hill Farm\, Barford St Michael as usual at 5pm and will take to the roads travelling through South Newington\, Milcombe\, Bloxham\, around Banbury Cross and along the Oxford Road to Adderbury.  After passing the home that this event is all in aid of\, Katharine House Hospice\, the convoy will continue to Aynho.   From here the convoy will turn right to Clifton\, pass through Deddington (via the marketplace)\, travel to Hempton and back through Barford St Michael returning to Spring Hill Farm. \nThe following times are APPROXIMATE ONLY. \nDepart from Spring Hill Farm – 17:00\nReach South Newington approx. – 17:10\nReach Milcombe approx. – 17:25\nReach Bloxham approx. – 17:45\nReach Banbury approx. – 18:05\nReach Banbury Cross approx. – 18:15\nReach Sainsbury’s approx. – 18:40\nReach Banbury Rugby Club approx. – 18:50\nReach Adderbury approx. – 19:00\nReach Aynho approx. – 19:25\nReach Clifton approx. – 19:45\nReach Deddington approx. – 20:00\nReach Hempton approx. – 20:15\nReach Barford St Michael approx. – 20:25\nReturn to Spring Hill Farm approx. – 20:30 \nSafety guidance for spectators\n\nPlease supervise all children in your group\nCome prepared for the forecast conditions. Sometimes our tractors are slightly delayed\, which means waiting in the cold.\nEnsure you and any members in your party are stood on the pavement and off the road at all times.\nThere can be a lot of loud noise both form the crowds and from the tractors\, so you may want to consider using ear defenders.\nThere are stewards and collectors along the procession route but these are all volunteers who have given their time freely\, so please help us to keep everyone safe as we have limited resources.\n\n\n\nBest Dressed Tractor:\nTractor drivers will be invited to take part in our ‘best dressed tractor’ competition and will be issued with a number when they sign up to take part.  They will be asked to clearly display their number if they want to take part in the competition to enable spectators to vote for their favorite!  Keep an eye out on Facebook for the opportunity to vote. \nDon’t forget the all important donation details!\nText TractorLights 5 to 70085 to donate £5 \nTexts cost £5 plus one standard rate message.  Want to donate a different amount?
