Right to left, east side: Holidays agricultural ironmongery (later garage), Cherry Trees (later house name), The Shieling, Davidsons' shop 'Pieris' (with girls in white dresses), house possibly called Tibbetts House (but no other evidence), 'Allo Cottage (later house name), Jack Lewis's grocery shop est. 1866 (in WWII the Labour Exchange).
Left to right, west side: Possibly a private school (later the Holcombe Hotel), Doctor's surgery in the 1970s (later Osborne House)
