The Holly Tree Club was formed in the 1960s as a meeting place for the elderly and disabled of the Parish of Deddington by its kind donor, Mrs Cora Collin.

Anyone aged over 55 years is eligible to become a member; members’ coffee mornings are held every Monday from 10.30am to midday. Occasional outings and other recreational activities are organised, self-funded by members.

The Holly Tree Club is managed by a committee of volunteer trustees.
The hall and gardens can be hired out to individuals and groups for meetings, parties and events, the income from which maintains the building and its environs.

The hall has recently been completely renovated and refurbished in phase one of a two-phase project of updates and extensions.

The Holly Tree Hall is managed by a committee of volunteer trustees.
The hall and gardens can be hired out to individuals and groups for meetings, parties, funeral wakes and events, the income from which maintains the building and its environs. Hall capacity is approximately, 45–50 standing, 32 theatre style, seated at tables 28–30.

The hall has recently been completely renovated and refurbished in phase one of a two-phase project of updates and extensions. The hall benefits from kitchenette, cinema screen, projection equipment, hearing loop, ramped access and disabled toilet, though isn’t wheelchair friendly at this time. China and glass hire is available locally for your function.
